In the PLUS One Movement and REV, we’re not really looking to fill our community with famous people who come with a massive following and contribute to viral growth for the sake of scaling. Rather, we are looking for leaders of character and courage who will be willing to share their wisdom with the entire REV platform. The kinds of leaders we are looking for aren’t doing it to get rich and famous or to go viral for viral’s sake. Rather, we are looking for the kinds of leaders who would be happy to know they made a difference in just one person’s life. For those of you who come in and share wisdom, share stories, share impact and encourage others, we will promote you as an “Impact Leader to Follow.” You’re our type of influencer!
