REV is friendly ground. The simplest way to think about what belongs here: share things that build people up, start real conversation, or help someone feel less alone.
Make it meaningful
This is the one that makes REV different from everywhere else: post with meaning. Before you share, give it a quick gut-check, would this give someone something? A thought worth sitting with, a little encouragement, a question worth answering, or a story or idea that might challenge someone, spark a real conversation, or move them to act.
You don’t have to be profound. But REV isn’t a highlight reel or a way to kill ten minutes. A photo of your lunch, a random selfie, or a post with nothing behind it, no story, no point, nothing for anyone to take hold of, isn’t really what we’re here for. Neither is filler, noise, or nonsense for its own sake. That’s the stuff we left behind.
The good news: that same photo can be wonderful with the meaning attached, the moment it captured, why it mattered, what it taught you. Bring the why, and you’re posting like a REV member.
Great things to share
- Your story, your wins, and your honest questions.
- Encouragement, helpful resources, and things you’re learning.
- Photos and moments from real life, with a bit of the story behind them.
- Thoughtful takes, including hard ones, offered with respect.
What doesn’t belong here
REV isn’t the place for attacks on people, harassment, hate, explicit content, spam or sales pitches, scams, or misinformation. We also deliberately keep partisan political fighting off the platform while we build trust as a community.
The full list lives in our Community Standards, they’re short and worth a read. When something crosses the line, you can flag it for our team, and we handle it with accountability and grace.
