By default, your profile is visible to the REV community so people can connect with you. If you’d rather keep things more private, you can, and you can decide who gets to follow you.
Make your profile private
- Open your profile menu (your picture, top corner) and choose Privacy & Followers. (You can also go straight to your Privacy & Followers page.)
- Turn on private profile.
When your profile is private, you’re hidden from the member directory, search, mentions, and leaderboards, except for the followers you’ve approved. (Community moderators can still see members, since they need to.)
Approve or remove followers
On the same Privacy & Followers page you can:
- Review and approve or decline requests from people who want to follow you.
- Invite someone to follow you.
- Remove a follower at any time.
Your call, always. You can switch back to a public profile whenever you like.
