- Contribution over consumption. Add something. Lift others. Post with meaning.
- Hope over despair. Make room for hard things, but don’t trade in cynicism.
How we handle problems
When something goes wrong, we lead with accountability and grace: a conversation before a consequence, restoration over punishment. Serious or repeated harm is removed to keep everyone safe.
