Choosing your username

Contents
  1. What makes a good username
  2. Changing your username later

Your username is your handle on REV, it’s how people find you, mention you, and link to your profile. You choose it when you join.

What makes a good username

  • 3–30 characters, and unique to you.
  • Recognizable, many members simply use their name or a familiar nickname.
  • In keeping with our Username Policy, no impersonation, nothing offensive or misleading.

Changing your username later

You set your username when you join. If you need to change it afterward, reach out to our support team and we’ll help. Keep in mind that changing your handle changes how people find you.
